A place of beauty, comfort. Both children & adults had the best time. . The food is delicious & fresh. All of the staff are knowledgeable, courteous & kind. Everything is immaculately clean. If you stay here you will be returning!

Excelente atención desde que llegas, todo el personal muy amable y servicial, te apoyan en todo e inmediatamente. Las cabañas hermosas, la alberca climatizada fue lo más placentero, la fogata y el jacuzzi lo máximo. En verdad vale la pena al 1000, sin duda regresaremos
El lugar tiene un toque mágico, excelente para conectar con la naturaleza y por consiguiente la familia y los amigos. Es la combinación perfecta entre tecnología y la desconexión. El único problema que se tuvo fue con el servicio de jacuzzi, para la cantidad de personas que eramos era muy pequeño y no se pudo disfrutar con plenitud. El servicio de Ismael y Adela es muy bueno, nos atendieron con rapidez y resolvieron nuestros contratiempos con premura.
Muy buena atención y servicio, la cabaña estuvo muy bien y funcionaba muy bien todos los servicios, el jacuzzi muy bien y limpio, lo mejor la atención de todos, Sergio y de todos en Casa del Roble También tiene pavo reales y muy buenas vistas Recomiendo solo dar más informes antes de llegar por qué la primera vez nos tardamos un poco
Great place, great experience overall. Could be a little bit quieter at night, but the birds and the rabbits make up for it. Tents are posh and roomy. Definitely would try again. Staff is slow but helpful. Tech was glitchy but plentiful.
Me quede en la Tent Almendra y tuve muy buen servicio de parte de todos, buen seguimiento y buena disposición para ayudarte en lo que necesites. Le coloco 4 estrellas porque la entrada al lugar esta horrible, tengo un Sentra 2020 y pego muy feo en la defensa y en la parte baja, fuera de eso todo muy bien
Nos quedamos en la cabaña Piñon y estuvo espectacular! Son lindisimas las cabañas, la propiedad divina, llena de arboles y un rio. Excelente atencion de todos!
